Founded in 2018 by Zandré Botha, Mind To Matter began with a simple but powerful vision: to create a space where anyone could walk in with a sketch on a napkin—and walk out with a fully functional, professionally crafted product.
Bringing an idea to life—from concept to prototype to final fabrication—is often a complex and intimidating process. With a passion for engineering and hands-on problem solving, Zandré set out to bridge the gap between raw ideas and real-world products by making manufacturing accessible, agile, and client-driven.
After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and gaining practical experience in the manufacturing sector, Zandré, together with his cousin and earliest collaborator, launched what was then known as The Worx Fabrications. What began as a modest venture has grown into Mind To Matter—a dynamic, design-led manufacturing consultancy.
